In this program, Heather and Tara blend their extensive wellness, science, and yoga backgrounds to guide you on a journey toward cultivating gratitude and inner peace. Here’s what you can expect:

Heather Rogers


As a holistic wellness coach, yoga teacher, and expert in energy work, Heather brings a compassionate and grounded approach to the program. Her deep knowledge of the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and gratitude-centered practices offers practical tools that empower you to find balance and ease in everyday life.

 

Tara Jade


With a background in science and years as a dedicated yoga teacher, Tara combines a research-driven approach with mindfulness and movement. Her insights connect scientific understanding with mindful practices, creating a solid foundation for building lasting habits of gratitude and wellness.

 

Together, Heather and Tara bring a world of knowledge, compassion, and practical insights, guiding you step-by-step to make gratitude a transformative, lifelong habit.
