Heather Rogers: Holistic Wellness Educator, Artist, and Mind-Body Practitioner

Heather Rogers is a dedicated mind-body practitioner, educator, and artist committed to helping others achieve holistic wellness. Her integrated approach combines Reiki, Yoga, EFT Tapping, CBT principles, Yoga Philosophy, Life Coaching, Meditation, Breathwork, and Creative Expression to nurture the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of well-being.

Heather’s journey began over a decade ago when she experienced the transformative power of yoga, energy healing, and meditation in her own life. Recognizing that true healing involves more than just physical exercises, she immersed herself in extensive training and certifications, including:

  • Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Yoga Philosophy)

  • Reiki (Energy Healing)

  • EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

  • CBT Principles (Cognitive Behavioral Techniques)

  • Life Coaching (Holistic and Personal Development)

  • Meditation and Breathwork (Guiding individuals to cultivate presence and inner calm)

  • Creative Arts (Incorporating artistic exploration to foster self-discovery and expression)

Through her studies and personal practice, Heather discovered that healing blossoms when body, mind, and spirit are harmoniously aligned. She creates supportive and inclusive environments, empowering individuals to explore and transform at their own pace.

In her group classes, Heather emphasizes breath awareness, mindfulness, and precise alignment, guiding students to build strength and flexibility while cultivating a deeper connection to their inner selves. She also offers private sessions tailored to individual needs and goals, skillfully weaving Reiki, EFT Tapping, meditation, breathwork, and artistic expression to help clients overcome emotional blocks and enhance personal growth.

Beyond the mat, Heather leads workshops and retreats focused on self-care, stress management, and holistic living. Drawing on her Life Coaching background, she shares practical tools and strategies for cultivating resilience, self-love, and a positive mindset in daily life.

As an artist, Heather believes in the transformative power of creativity to open hearts and minds. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, she welcomes you on a journey of exploration and transformation. Her mission is to help you tap into your innate potential, restore balance, and experience a profound sense of well-being that resonates through every aspect of your life.

It is an invitation to live with inner spaciousness, a way of meeting the world without...

But here’s a truth I had to learn through experience, not theory: Healing doesn’t start with...

Unlearning What We Were Taught to Tolerate

For years, I called that tolerance “strength. "I told myself I was easygoing, forgiving, and patient. But underneath that calm exterior lived a body that flinched before sound, a throat that...
